Attorneys

Mr. Patton has been a practicing attorney for 14 years. He began his career defending large corporations and insurance companies against claims of negligence, defective products and malpractice. After two years as a defense attorney, Mr. Patton switched sides and has represented victims of negligence, medical malpractice, defective products, and other acts of negligence exclusively.

Throughout Mr. Patton's career, he has tried numerous cases, against hospitals, insurance companies, large corporations, and other entities resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts. He has also obtained numerous multi-million dollar settlements on behalf of his clients. Mr. Patton has represented individuals against large companies, which include The Walt Disney Company, Home Depot, Tenant Hospital Systems, Humana Hospital Systems, Ford Motor Company, and many other large companies. Mr. Patton's practice is limited to the representation of victims and their families for claims of catastrophic injury, wrongful death, birth injuries and other acts of medical malpractice.
